Acupuncture is Evidence Based Medicine and is safely used by millions of Americans every year. Acupuncturists are required to undergo extensive education, including in-depth Western Medical training. I have passed comprehensive board examinations for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and am licensed by the state of California. As required by law, I use pre-sterilized, disposable, single-use needles to ensure your complete safety.

Acupuncture works by activating the body's own healing powers, so it can be beneficial for many health conditions. The World Health Organization (WHO) has documented many symptoms, diseases, and conditions that have been shown in controlled clinical trials to be effectively treated with acupuncture. I help people reconnect with their bodies, release chronic tension, and build lasting resilience through a blend of hands-on bodywork and guided movement. My approach is holistic, intuitive, and deeply customized—no two sessions are the same, because no two bodies are the same.

My journey began in the world of dance, with over 20 years of experience in contemporary and ballet, performing as an adult in NYC and LA. Through movement, I learned not only the language of the body—but its remarkable capacity to heal. That passion has led me to study medical massage, somatic alignment, Pilates-based rehabilitation, as well as and Barral Visceral Manipulation and to become certified in the LTAP® developed by Anna Hartman, AT, CSCS. I integrate techniques like neuromuscular therapy, visceral manipulation, craniosacral, trigger point release, joint mobilization, and functional movement using a whole-organism approach to care. I specialize in supporting clients through chronic pain, hypermobility, stress recovery, postpartum healing, and more.

Sessions are guided by what your body needs most—sometimes stillness, sometimes movement, always with intention. Whether we’re working together in-studio, virtually, or in your home, my goal is to help you feel more ease, more clarity, and more connection to yourself.

Outside the studio, I’m a curious spirit with a background in graphic design and a deep love of spending time with my friends, my fiancé and our dogs, Isla Rose and Bode. I love to view people and the world through the lens of astrology and connect with the unseen through tarot. These tools help me stay grounded and guided, both in my personal life and in the quiet, intuitive work I offer.

Originally from New Jersey, I grew up in New York City and graduated from Rutgers University with a dual B.A. in English and Journalism. Upon moving to Los Angeles I studied graphic design at UCLA, and opened up an entertainment advertising agency. But something was missing and I felt a deeper calling.

I went on to graduate from Dongguk University – Los Angeles with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine. While at Dongguk I had the pleasure of working in the Student Clinic for 2.5 years as well as interning at The University of Southern California Engemann Health Center. I am certified with advanced training in Chinese Medical Pediatric Diagnosis, advanced training from the NICABM in Strategies for working wth Anxiety, am a Doctoral Candidate, a Licensed Acupuncturist & Primary Care Provider by the State of California, a member of the American Society of Acupuncturists, The California Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine Association and a proud Board Member of the Los Feliz Business Improvement District.

I love California and currently reside, work, and am active in the beautiful community of Los Feliz with my husband of 23 years and our two children. Residing in California has opened my eyes to a healthier lifestyle and broader view of healthcare.

There is very little Traditional Chinese Medicine has not had success in treating. I have worked with infants, children, women, men, the elderly, cats, dogs and even horses! I am here for you and am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding how Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine can benefit you and your family.
